Republican BUNK (Part 1)

The repubs are full of more BS than a Christmas Turkey (oh…merry xmas).  I keep hearing this Romney clown 

say that ‘equality of opportunity’ is more important that ‘equality of wealth’ and is the only social initiative that the government should support.  Now wait!  Let’s think about this a bit. 

If you are rich and you have children you love, aren’t you going to do everything that you can to get them into the best schools and from there into the best jobs?  Is having a lot of money going to get in the way of that effort?  Are you going to ask your children to get to the back of the line because their GPA is too low?  Are the schools in the district you live in going to be worse than the schools where poor blacks live?  Answer:  NO! 

Being rich means you live in a rich neighborhood which has the property tax resources to buy the best education a state system can provide.  And if that’s not good enough, the rich can keep their kids in private school from nursery to graduate school.  No one is making any argument that this is not true.  Anyone out there like to argue that this is false?

Let’s get this completely clear!  The rich automatically have more opportunity than the poor, because (under capitalism---i like to call it kraptialism, because it's mostly crap or krap, if you add the kleptocracy) more money can buy more (and better) stuff than less money.  The amount of money you can spend on something is directly proportional to the amount and quality of that something you get!  MONEY is the most important thing to have in this society.  Money is key to the quality of prenatal care you get, the quality of justice you get, the quality of medical care you get, the quality of education you get, the car you drive, the house you live in, and (closing the loop) the quality of neighborhood you live in.  Anyone out there like to argue that this is false?

Therefore:                         MONEY IS OPPORTUNITY!

If you don’t think so, then what else provides you with more opportunity?  Intelligence?  Morality?  Knowledge?  Who is the majority at the top of GOVCORP?  The wealthy or the intelligent?  The rich or the poor?  Look at congress for an answer to that question!

The lower class

Those with the least amount of wealth are the welfare poor. (see underclass) Wealth accumulation for this class is to some extent prohibited. People that receive AFDC transfers cannot own more than a trivial amount of assets, in order to be eligible and remain qualified for income transfers. Most of the institutions that the welfare poor encounter discourage any accumulation of assets.

There you have it.  The members of the lower class are deliberately kept in that class (maybe for some twisted crap religious belief that the poor will always be amongst us...or whatever).

So, if you understand all of the above, then you can clearly see that there will never be equality of opportunity without wealth equality!  Everything you’ll hear from the conservatives, on this subject, will try to deny that money is opportunity.  They look really stupid (i.e., they look like what they are) trying to make this argument in the face of all of history.  Where in history has money or wealth of some kind or the other not provided more food, more power, more health, and most importantly, more leisure?

Quite obviously, the conservative, tea bagging, repub argument is RUBBISH!  Just like their arguments about ‘American Exceptionalism’ and their foreign policy.  But, I’ll leave these for another episode of ‘Republican BUNK’!

Another four years down the krap hole.  We had a half descent president.  So, what did you people do?  You sent a bunch of Krazy Kraker Klowns (i.e., Tea Bagging Repubs) to D.C.!  What did you think you were going to get?  Comity? 

FOOLS!

You have done is shoot the country right in the foot.  Gridlock is what you’ve got!  And gridlock is what trips up the tottering giant, causing it to fall…f all…f a l l…f   a    l    l…apart.

Well done you idiots!  Due to all of you, nothing major will be passed and no major appointments will be made by congress until after the next election.  That is:  if you voters get a ‘brain’ (not W’s

brain) by then.  

Get rid of this divided congress (one way or another) and maybe something will get done!  (Of course though, if you give us all tea bagging repubs, we go straight into an overt war with Iran and Pakistan and the economy will go right down the toilet.  But that's another post...)

Now, as far as I’m concerned, the only person of demonstrated presidential talent running for president is O.  The rest of them are:  flippity flops, cads, a creepy sex predator, scammers, nobodies, another texass peckerwood, and a certifiably insane housewife.

So, let me offer you the John Borrow TAX PLAN.  It’s as simple as the clown’s and much more lucrative.  So, here it is:  90-90-90!

90% tax on estates of $100,000,000 or more

90% tax on individual incomes of $100,000,000 or more

90% tax on corporate incomes of $100,000,000 or more

Here’s what my tax plan does:

-- My estate tax busts up the holdings of the entrenched amerikan kleptocracy that is the top 1%.

-- My tax on individuals insures that a new amerikan kleptocracy never gets started!

-- My tax on corporations prevents corporations becoming ascendant over democracies!

(I won’t even mention the revenue my tax plan will bring in.)

Bottom line:  Given the Supremes’ decision in Citizens United v. Federal Election Commission, my tax plan is the only thing standing between what little democracy you have now and TOTAL (i.e., TOTALITARIAN) rule of corporations (which are NOT democracies).

The New Face of Bank Robbery In America

This used to be the face of bank robbery in America:

It used to be that the poor and disaffected robbed banks (because that’s where the money is), but since 2008, this has become the face of bank robbery here in our good old country:

Bank robbery today is the rich using chopped up mortgages, leverages, derivatives, phony investment ratings, corrupt republicans (and to a certain extent, demo crats) to rip off the poor, the working, and the muddled class.  In essense, bank robbery is now almost exclusively a Rich White Boy Collar Crime!  (The black guys, latinos, dope heads, and rednecks with the guns at the cash counters just get the crumbs.)

Oh well...i guess that's progress!

A Message to My Brothers In Occupy Wall Street

This message is to my brothers occupying 'wall streets' all over the world!  Don’t let ‘the PIG’ (Profit Is God) get you down.  Don’t let the PIG get anything on you that he can turn against you.  Keep it loose and fluid and simple.

Keep it simple because the situation in which we find ourselves is simple:

Corporations have become ascendant over nations and the corrupt corporate aristocracy has ripped off workers all over the world with the complicity of corporate controlled governments!  

We can only hope that our solidarity and their shame can right this situation.  So, keep on occupying!

When the PIG comes for you (as he will when the GOP--the Grand Old PIG--comes back into power), be strong!  We have seen this in Egypt, Syria, Yemen, Bahrain, etc.  I will be among you from time to time, as health allows.  But, for now, let me leave you with a motto:
